The passport and identity card are requested with an appointment on the SAIME portal (saime.gob.ve), logging in with your ID number and password.

Choose date and office
Select the date, time and office. The confirmation arrives by email and you must print the form to bring on the day of the appointment.

Children under 9 need a certified copy of the birth certificate; from that age the identity card and a copy of the certificate are requested.
